Damaged Items

  • Shipping Damage: If your order arrives damaged due to the shipping carrier, you are eligible for an automatic return with a full refund, no questions asked.

    • Action Required: Please take a picture of the packaging and the damaged product immediately upon receipt and contact us at eliteleatherand3D@hotmail.com so we can promptly resolve the issue. You can choose to receive a full refund or have a new item shipped to you.

General Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Products that are undamaged and in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.

    • Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund minus the shipping cost.

    • Original Packaging: The product must be shipped back to us in its original packaging. Any damage to the product by the customer will void the refund.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, you can do so as long as the original product is undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

    • Process: Contact us with the details of the product you wish to exchange and the new product you would like. Once we receive the original product back, we will ship the new product to you.

    • Price Differences: If the new product costs more, we will charge you the difference in price.
