Processing Returns/Exchanges: May take up to 3 business days. Refunds are issued once the item is received back at our warehouse, provided there is no customer-incurred damage.
Shipping Damage: Full refund or replacement offered if the product is damaged during shipping. Customer damage voids the refund.
